Reference about the Bayesian estimate length-weight relationship

I'm working on the length-weight relationships provided in the estimate.csv and trying to find more explanations about the parameters . I wonder where I could find more specific reference about the Bayesian estimation approach.

I think https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/jai.12299 is the reference for the parameters in estimate.csv ( I compared the values of a and b provided in the estimate.csv and those in website; they aligned well).
