on humble there is again a mix of python versions https://github.com/ros-controls/realtime_tools/actions/runs/12196741731/job/34024956902 -> I deactivated the build in realtime_tools/humble

   CMake Error in CMakeLists.txt:
    Imported target "rclcpp::rclcpp" includes non-existent path
  
      "C:\Python38\lib\site-packages\numpy\core\include"
