Added ability to use different menu settings and Teensy 2 toolchain

Some Arduinos and the Teensy boards have different menu settings.
These can now be set in generate_arduino_firmware. This allows
easily changing USB type, CPU frequency, etc.

The Teensy 2 uses avr-gcc, so separate toolchain.

Other small fixes and improvements
