When setting up a new Ot2Rec project allow more flexibility in mdoc filenames, e.g., accept specific patterns of mdocfiles rather than the hardcoded {proj_name}_{ts_index}.mdoc
o2r.metadata.get_num_frames fails if imod is not module loaded - use mrcfile to get header instead?
