Cannot add devices - ... menu is not available when opening the Configure menu #1850

After adding the integration, devices are not listed so cannot be added when selecting the Configure Menu. The ... menu is not available and devices cannot be manually added. this is applicable to both Cloud based and local entries.

the json file suggests that the integration works and devices are available through the cloud API integration, but cannot be selected.

Any ideas? - am I missing something?

many thanks - Ran

I have the same problem. at the beginning of the year i added local tuya integration and added various devices, they were being seen and and and everything was working fine.
Since a month maybe more on Tuya app and Tuya Development Platform everything is ok while in Home Assistant the devices are not seen and if added manually by deriving all the required data then the added entities of the device are all “unavailable”
There is a serious problem!!!

I have solved this kind of problem following this comment in another tread (using another fork of localtuya) #1452 (comment)

Thank you,
but with this fork do I have to do it all over again? I have too many devices and sensors to put myself back there and redo everything.
Possibly both integrations can be present so that maybe the new devices and sensors I add through this fork?

Essentially it will overwrite the Local Tuya Integration files. No need to redo anything. Of course, as I did, I recommend a backup before.

If that's really the case then as soon as I'm a little comfortable I'll install the new integration.
The back-up is automatic and daily so no problem recovering everything in case of problems. I already had to do it once always for testing on local-tuya!
