E.g.,

[ ERROR  ][Logger] [robot:kuka-iiwa-7-egp-40_0] Setting collision for bullet link 0
[ ERROR  ][Logger] [robot:kuka-iiwa-7-egp-40_0] [BULLET ONLY] joint Motorname iiwa7_joint_1 at index 1
[ ERROR  ][Logger] [robot:kuka-iiwa-7-egp-40_0] Resetting joint [0] = 1

and so on. Doesn't seem to be errors...

This is related to #3. Please check if the changes make sense and merge the request. Particularly not sure about `robot_manipulator_bullet.cpp:380`...
