Is it possible for the item height to be variable?

My item template is a card that expands with extra info when it is clicked on. This works ok in the default MAUI collectionview but the performance of that control is pretty terrible which is why I'm looking at Sharpnado.

Is this possible with the Sharpnado collectionview? It seems like you have to set a fixed ItemHeight which can't change.
