Loading in a tif stack and segmenting the initial frame segments the last frame for me (but overlays on the first frame). Changing
init_frame = image[-1].astype(np.float32)
to
init_frame = image[0].astype(np.float32)
on line 348 of _widget.py fixes this for me.
