The build script attempts to download icu4c, however the url it uses to get this has changed and this causes the build to fail.

"http://download.icu-project.org/files/icu4c/52.1/icu4c-52_1-RHEL6-x64.tg" now redirects to a download menu for different versions of the package, I can''t work out which one is needed for the build to succeed..
