Desperate need of a tag-all-on-upload feature

Like the title says, other boorus allow you to specify multiple tags at a time that will apply to your upload. Combined with a batch uploader script, this is super useful for when you're uploading a ton of files that will share the same general tags, then you can go in and add more specific tags to each one separately. Szuru already has batch-uploads built in, now it just needs the option to auto-apply preset tags to each.
