RTKLIB for Low-Cost Receivers.

My focus is on improving the robustness of RTKLIB for RTK and PPK solutions using low-cost, single frequency receivers. I work entirely with u-blox M8N and M8T receivers but many of the improvements should help increase solution quality for any brand receiver.
