Do 2 browser instances share the same session state?

I am asking this, coz thats how the Chrome browser behaves -- 2 browser windows share the session state. Unless the 2 browser instances are using incognito mode.

browser1 = Ferrum::Browser.new

# Does browser2 share the sessions state with browser1
browser2 = Ferrum::Browser.new

Every browser is dedicated incognito session
