Do you have a time/interest to maintain a project?
I've added some more bindings to my fork (https://github.com/konovod/crystal-gsl)

If you are interested in a project and have a time, i can make a lot of small PRs (for cleaner history), or one bulk PR (to save time).
If you have no interest or time right now, maybe this shard could be made community maintained (i don't know how it should be done).
