Additional details

Any crate using USearch requires GCC 13+. While I can make a separate crate build environment for USearch and pacmap and install GCC 13, is upgrading the builder to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS being considered? I believe Github Actions is currently in the process of making this the ubuntu-latest runner and this would eliminate build failures from crates requiring recent GCC versions.

there is an WIP PR that needs rebasing & some checks / fixes: rust-lang/crates-build-env#151

Sadly it's always some work to do the upgrade.
