When editing or reading Cargo.toml files, it would be great to have the suite of LSP features.
Brought up in eclipse-corrosion/corrosion#34 with the example of linking to crates.io when ctrl clicking on project dependencies.

Or, as is available for package.json, show the latest version on hover over a dependency (at least in VSCode).
