Chat link in to discord channel requires "The Rust Programming Language" Server

Where in the docs did you come across this?

Describe what about it does not make sense
Clicking on the "Chat" link, I'm expecting to be directed to a server, but instead I'm directed to an "empty" channel for a server I can't view.

Why does it not make sense?

How could we improve it?
Add link to server or mention which server I'm required to be a member of.
