Suggestion / Feature Request

As far as I am aware it is currently neither possible to write a custom pattern into ingore.yaml nor to use the name of a pattern defined inside of sensitive-patterns.yaml. Apparently only patterns which are choosen from the list provided by shellclear config ignores are actually used.

It would be cool to be able to ignore custom patterns.
