Suggestion- Incenerator

It would be cool if there was a block that destroyed all non-frame blocks!

That way, you could make a hole in a wall with a projector and this block.

Also, it would be cool to have a block that makes those items drop!

Would it be necessary to have it differentiate between frames and non-frames? If you build an auto-miner, you should be able to simply keep any of your frame structure from being in front of the miners, in which case any regular block-breaker machine would work.
