Middle is absolutely the bee's knees for using the trackpad in Autodesk Fusion360, but I find it interfering in many other applications. Yes, the "ignore" feature works but I find myself manually setting that for everything and I'd like to have an "only in Fusion" option.

There is a hidden setting where Middle is disabled for all apps, and then you only allow Middle for the few apps you want via the menu bar icon.

To enable this, execute the following terminal command and restart the app:

defaults write com.knollsoft.Middle whitelist -int 1

Then "un-ignore" Fusion360.
