fix(deps): refactor credential store handling

Refactored the `StaticCredentialStore` to support the `Add` method for dynamic credential addition. Updated dependent tests and modules to align with the new implementation. Removed bcrypt hashing in `Add` for simpler password management, relying on plaintext for now.
