Facebook login should redirect to root path

I'm suddenly confused about what's going on with devise... how can you sign up using your facebook? I'm getting this error on my local machine when I try to sign in using facebook:

However, I'm realizing now that I "signed up" on my local machine with email/password. Whatever I did to sign up on heroku, however, seems to have worked...
