Install RLFA backups as LDP tunnels in inet.3 table. Currently, RLFA as LDP tunnels are not installed in inet.3 table of PLR router.
When remote-backup-calculation knob under ISIS is ON, PQnode is learnt by LDP from inet.0 flash owing to remote-neighbor flag and a targeted session should be established by LDP from PLR to PQ-Node. This LDP remote backup should be installed in inet.3 table by LDP_PROTO as a backup
