Test cases report incorrectly lists "not executed" test cases

If a test case is not added to a test suite, it (correctly) does not show up in the test suite. However, when looking at a report of the test suite at a specified version not containing that test case, the report says that there is a "not executed" test case. I would expect the graph to show all passed and failed test cases but without the not executed count.
