I believe that it will be a good idea to remove the arrow or at list disable the click so the user will know there are no more movies in this category.

it happened to me that I was exploring the site and wanted to see more movies and was clicking on it without realizing there were no more titles listed.

it could be the same behavior as when you first launch the page. there are no left arrows
