Config Service container timeouts

Describe the bug
The Config Service container seem to timeout after not getting enough requests, says if no user its using the app..

the logs i see are:

So after a while if the app itself its not getting connections to the wallet it seems like the chains on config breaks and dissapear, need to restart the container afterwards
