What must be done

Create an option to manually add a safe account in the add accounts form

How to test it

Open an org
Add a safe account
Observe there is a Add manually button
Press the button
Type in the safe address and network and submit
Observe the safe is showing up checked in the list of safes
Submit the Form
Observe the safe has been added
