Explicitly show Tenant Domain on API Key Create Confirmation Message #83

A common user problem is when they create a new API Key they are unable to find out the Tenant Domain easily. To improve user experience:

API key create confirmation message should show current tenant domain
API key list page should show a message somewhere indicating the current tenant domain

This will make it explicitly clear about which Tenant Domain to use with a newly created API key
