Point all docs to a github page #5

currently the doc links are pointing to the old gitlab repo. point them to the github.io page. this would involve restructiurng the compiled docs to be put in the docs/ folder as thats the folder that a github.io page points to. https://help.github.com/articles/configuring-a-publishing-source-for-github-pages/
