First OpenSkyEngine release

This is the pre-pre-pre-pre-pre alpha version of the OpenSkyEngine, currently only text is supported as the mode of input. It's pretty much only testing out ideas and stuff like that. If you have any suggestions on the code please let me know through my Socials.
