Calling get_authorization_code cause TypeError: can only concatenate str (not "NoneType") to str

When attempting to get an authorization code a TypeError is thrown. This looks to be caused by attempting to create a cache key using the refresh token which hasn't been created yet.

Please check your credentials.

Passing an empty string for the refresh token worked around the issue. Credentials were valid, seems to be an issue with the cache key not handling authorization_code requests that don't require refresh_tokens.
