This proposal reintroduces the execution module and state module for the package manager zypper.
These were migrated following the current guide using saltext-migrate.

I am not affiliated with SUSE nor a community member of openSUSE projects. I believe, essentially dropping the pkg state and module for zypper-based systems is painfully over-cutting.
Preparing this extension is a small contribution to let that part of the community and users crawl along
