如果redis-cluster的主节点发生故障，proxy如何进行故障切换

@wangwenjie2500 主节点发生故障的话，其对应的 replica 会自动地被切换为 master (redis cluster 自身的 HA 保证), Proxy 通过定期拉取的集群信息 CLUSTER NODES ，能够自动把流量转移到新的 master 节点。
