CSS: TOC font-size and h3

Hi there,

The TOC font-size should be 80%, the TOC header with border and background-color - but they aren't, if the TOC is shown inside the sidebar instead of in the page itself. It seems that the CSS path/inheritance (for "div.dokuwiki #dw__toc" and "div.dokuwiki #dw__toc h3") doesn't work anymore.
