Ping (Tier 1) is highlighting devices through walls

With this mod (and only this mod and CET installed) devices are showing through walls via Ping (Tier 1). With no mods installed Ping (Tier 1) only reveals enemies through walls. I have not tested Ping (Tier 3), but I believe it should also avoid highlighting devices through walls - that ability only comes starting with Ping (Tier 5).

This next bit may somehow be a combination with perhaps a vanilla game bug, but I'm also able to hack the devices through the wall only if I also have the Counter-A-Hack perk.
