There is a delay in the CPU utilization display on AMD EPYC CPU #24

I am running a multiprocessing program.

After the program runs, the display stays at 0.0%, and only after a few minutes does it show 9.5%, and it doesn't change for a long time.

I encountered the same problem and I found thats because my awk was actually mawk, said by man awk.
switching to original-awk solved the problem.

# on my ubuntu 20
sudo apt install original-awk
sudo update-alternatives --config awk
