Description

As a developer, I want to add the hyrax-batch_ingest gem to avalon-bundle to begin using it in the context of Avalon 7 batch ingest.

We started this and it's in avalon-bundle, but it isn't fully implemented.
Options:

  1. Keep implementing it, use dry transactions stuff instead of the actor stack
  2. Throw it away, use Bulkrax, Zizia, etc.
