Now moving towards using the Compleasm Based BTK which has already been added to the non-nf-core version.

@eeaunin is now investigating use of the SANGER-TOL/BTK pipeline. Internally we can use this is a module wrapping a BSUB.

Note: This may have to be something that is highly configuration via the modules.config so end users can modify for their local HPC. This will change once Sequera bring out their subworkflow downloader thing in version 2 at earliest.
