Feature request: Open browser with active filter and give uploaded media an initial tag

Hi!

A feature I'm missing is more "hands off" media management. The tags works nice, but ideally we would like tags to be added automatically based on the context of the field.

How I'd love for it to work

• You're adding a new employee
• When uploading the employee image an "employee" tag i automatically added to the image.
• When you browse media through the employee "image" field the tag "emplopyee" is active

If the "initialValue tag" could be async as well this opens a lot of extra possibilities as well where you can auto-organize media better based on the current context of the document.
