Missing exposed parent property from components.input

In V2, the inputComponent (on a schema-field) exposed a parent property on the first interaction with any of the input fields in the current document. The parent property included details such as a published state, updated and created date.

Neither components.input nor components.field exposes this property in V3 it seems.

Is the parent property removed?
