Vision tool is crashing

Hi I am trying to get the vision tool running with V3 and I am getting the following error:

As a side note... I suspect it's to do with some of the packages being on different versions, but I'm finding it difficult to work out what the latest packages should be for each one. Is there a post or easy way to find out which packages I should be on if I want to get the latest. I was assuming that rc-N is going to be ahead of dev-preview.
