Log if we ignore some changes in a template

The vcenter-operator might ignore certain changes. This is can lead to confusion for the user, why the template is not updating. For example it's not possible to set an environment variable to an empty string, if it contained values before.

We should at least log, that - not what - we ignored certain changes. This can help the user debug stuff.

We can use INFO level, as this is still enabled in production. We cannot log what we ignored, because it may contain passwords.
