update the statuses of the strategies on the Strategies page

Update the statuses as follows:

Change this one to Done: Continuous Improvement Transformation

Change this one to Done: Open First Strategy In Progress

Change this one to On Hold: Technology Management Strategy In Progress

Also re-order so that the ones that are done are at the bottom of the list (underneath the ones that are in progress and on hold.
