A proper homepage for this project

Like already mentioned, I'm going to create a draft for the new homepage in the next days.

Thanks for creating gitter account. I don't think I will be available to use it. This project is one of many side projects that I have. I allocate few hours when I can to work on it.

Homepage is coming along nicely. We just reminded ourselves to keep it simple.

How should we provide download links?
Just let the user visit GitHub or keep the Github link somewhere tiny and provide a proper download packet?

Also we'd like to add a little online installation manual as well as a complete online manual.

There should be 2 options to install the app.

1. Manual installation with composer "Recommended option".
2. easy download packaged compress file that includes everything compiled. Then user can download from GitHub (direct link from site).

Could you provide some thoughts for the website contents? :)

1. we have a small FAQ. what questions do you think are most important here?
2. what shall we write under technical requirements? (Min PHP Version, etc)
3. what do you like most about tinyissue (beside the fact that you can change everything to your liking)?
