M3U file, how to script to play next song in list after update using Request.dynamic

Hello All;

OK, I am creating the .M3U files on the server-side, so hopefully, this works now.
I just read that what I need to use is the following which will allow me to do what I need.
Request.dynamic

Could someone please assist on how to use this function with this script I've provided?
