I have been testing this plugin out over the past couple of days, and it seems to work extremely well.

My only concern is what happens when BuddyPress is upgraded? The BP database tables for each sub-site need to be delta'd, and any upgrade hooks which modify data also need to run.

Without this happening, the BP plugin files will only be in sync with a site's tables and data when each site's dashboard is visited manually, one at a time.

Maybe there is a way to hook into the upgrade network functionality of multi-site?
