Default CNB builder is EOL (paketobuildpacks/builder:base)

The default CNB builder used by this project is paketobuildpacks/builder:base:

However, that builder image is sunset and hasn't received updates (including security updates) for 8 months:

I would recommend switching to one of the supported/updated Paketo builder images/tags, documented here:
https://paketo.io/docs/reference/builders-reference/

Thanks a lot for opening this issue :) It was resolved in #4692 do not hesitate to open another issue if needed
