XrdMacaroons does support chaining of the authz objects when SciTokens is also configured. The same should probably also work the other way around.

Actually, this is something else - this is chaining multiple plugins together when the (default) passthrough mechanism is used. Currently, only the default plugin is loaded after the scitokens plugin.
