Integrate with Plex 'Report Issue' functionality

Currently, Plex Users connecting to a share Library can report issues with the content to the Library owner: https://support.plex.tv/articles/share-and-report/

This has been causing confusion for my users, who I have instructed to report issues in Overseerr. I've searched for both a way to turn off the Plex functionality, or a way to configure Overseerr to retrieve those issues to no avail.

Desired Behavior

When Plex Users connected to my shared Library report an issue via the Plex interface, it should be synced with Overseerr. Two-way sync would be preferred to facilitate User/Admin communication more efficiently.
