This series addresses Prometheus configuration with various scrap configs.
The dashboards now use the Grafana
__rate_intervalparameter for range calculation.The Grafana data source overrides the default scrap config, so Grafana would use the same value as Prometheus
and there is a new command line option --scrap that allows setting the scrap interval (Prometheus and Grafana) from the command line.
