Implement lightweight version of the@atproto/api RichText class

@atproto/api introduces 611.04 kB

Original app bundle size before introducing @atproto/api was 110.34 kB (gzip: 33.56 kB)

Current app bundle size after introduction the @atproto/api is 721.38 kB (gzip: 156.46 kB)

The app grew seven-fold with the new dependency, despite only using RichText
